An international mix

The Forward3D team is an eclectic mix of personalities and nationalities with skills and experience in a wide range of industries. The team hails from 18 different countries: England, Ireland, Australia, Austria, Chile, France, Greece, India, Italy, Iran, Japan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Norway, Poland, Russia, South Africa and United States.

Commitment to training

We have our own reference library containing over 200 books, adding over 25 new books a month. We also have regular internal and external training courses to foster career learning and development.

We think it’s really important to make it as easy as possible for people to get their work done. When you join you’ll get a super-fast computer, 2 flat screens (or, if you’re a developer, a 24 inch screen with portrait mode so you can see all your code at the same time) and plenty more goodies.

We like everyone to feel comfortable in the office so have a casual dress code and flexible working hours.

A beautiful office

Our office leaves visitors green with envy. We have two amazing massage chairs, our own bar, a draft beer machine, a Nintendo Wii, a PS3, a guitar and an amp, a foosball table, a mini-scooter, 5 cameras for staff to borrow whenever they want and fresh fruit delivered each day… Not only that but we’re based in Camden, which is a pretty cool place to be.

Entertainment budget

Each team has a monthly entertainment budget so they can spend some valuable time together outside work. We also have regular company parties where we’ve taken staff on activities such as bowling, paintballing, eating nice food and just a little responsible alcohol consumption…

Company holidays

Last but not least; our holidays are great! In our short history we’ve already taken the whole company to Vegas (three times), Prague, Krakow and Amsterdam. Activities on these trips have included a helicopter ride landing in the Grand Canyon in Vegas, paintballing in the forest in Amsterdam and a 135m descent into a salt mine in Krakow.
